Non-Monetary Donations Form – Grace Prep Athletics

As our sports programs continue to grow, we are consistently in need of gear and equipment that you or someone you know may no longer be using. Non-monetary donations help support our athletes, enhance training opportunities, and improve the overall experience for all participants.

We welcome donations in the following categories:

1. Equipment and Training Aids – Items used for sports currently offered at Grace Prep (e.g., balls, nets, cones, practice gear).
2. Strength & Conditioning Equipment – Free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and other training tools to help athletes build strength and endurance.
3. Injury Prevention Equipment & First Aid Supplies – Items such as ice packs, foam rollers, kinesiology tape, braces, or general first aid supplies.
4. Lockable Storage Cabinets & Organizers – Secure storage solutions to help keep our equipment and training areas organized and safe.

We are extremely appreciative of every offer to assist our programs and athletes. That said, we ask that you contact the Athletic Director before dropping off or bringing in any donations, as we may not have space to accept certain items. Due to limited storage, we may be unable to accept large pieces of equipment.

We kindly ask that you provide your contact information below and/or describe in the comments section what non-monetary items you would like to donate. This will allow our Athletic Director to determine if our athletics program has the capacity to accept your generous gift.
